RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards.

    • Items marked as final sale.

    • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.

  • Return Process:

    • E-Mail us at info@pelotasportswear.com letting us know, alongside your reason for return.

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or similar to prevent damage during transit.

    • Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us to receive a prepaid return label.

Refunds

  • Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Time:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution.
